THEODORE Magazine x InStitchu $8,000 Wedding Package Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Competition runs from 12:00am AEST Wednesday 8 July 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 5 August 2026. The winner will be notified on Friday 7 August 2026. Open to Australian residents 18+. Full T&Cs below.
1. Promoter
This giveaway is promoted by THEODORE Magazine in partnership with InStitchu.
2. Promotion Period
Entries open at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday 8 July 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 5 August 2026. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of THEODORE Magazine and InStitchu are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must submit a written response of two (2) sentences or fewer explaining why they want to win, via the entry method specified in the promotional post. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Incomplete, incomprehensible or late entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Winner Selection (Game of Skill)
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged by THEODORE Magazine based on the creativity, originality and merit of the written response. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an InStitchu wedding tailoring package valued at up to $8,000 RRP. The prize can be redeemed towards custom tailoring garments from InStitchu and is subject to product availability, consultation availability and standard InStitchu production timelines.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of the $8,000 RRP value will be forfeited and cannot be credited, refunded or carried over. Any additional spend above the $8,000 RRP prize value will be the responsibility of the winner.
8. Redemption
The winner must redeem the prize directly with InStitchu. Standard InStitchu fitting, production and delivery timelines apply, and the winner should allow sufficient time ahead of their wedding or event date.
9. Travel and Redemption Costs
Any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred in attending an InStitchu showroom, consultation or fitting are the sole responsibility of the winner. THEODORE Magazine and InStitchu will not cover, reimburse or contribute to any costs associated with travelling to the winner's nearest InStitchu showroom or otherwise redeeming the prize.
10. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by THEODORE Magazine via email on Friday 7 August 2026. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and THEODORE Magazine reserves the right to award the prize to the entrant with the next best valid entry, as determined by the judges. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their email address is correct and to check their inbox, including junk folders.
11. Use of Prize
The prize may be used towards wedding tailoring for the winner and/or their wedding party, subject to InStitchu's garment offering, showroom availability and production capacity.
12. Changes to the Prize
If for any reason the advertised prize becomes unavailable, THEODORE Magazine and InStitchu reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
13. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that THEODORE Magazine and InStitchu may use their name, likeness, submitted entry content and prize-related imagery for promotional purposes, including but not limited to email, website, social media and advertising, without further compensation.
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in relation to the promotion.
15. General Conditions
THEODORE Magazine and InStitchu reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an incomplete or misleading entry, or breaches these Terms & Conditions. Entries must be the entrant's own original work and must not contain offensive, defamatory or unlawful content.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, THEODORE Magazine and InStitchu are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Privacy
Entrants' personal information will be collected by THEODORE Magazine for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting the winner. Personal information may be shared with InStitchu for prize fulfilment purposes. Entrants may contact THEODORE Magazine to access or correct their personal information.
