Founded in 2007, Black Finch Jewellery is a proudly independent Melbourne fine jewellery studio creating unique engagement rings, wedding bands and future heirlooms with soul and unexpected character.

Designed and made in the Black Finch Collingwood workshop, each piece brings traditional jewellery craftsmanship together with an artful, distinctly contemporary point of view. Designs are led by colour, natural precious gemstones and the imperfect beauty of asymmetry, resulting in jewellery that feels deeply personal rather than manufactured.

Black Finch specialises in custom engagement and wedding rings, working closely with each customer to create a piece that reflects their story. Australian sapphires, rare cut sapphires and coloured natural diamonds sit at the heart of the studio’s work. Each stone is set in 100% recycled refined gold and selected for their individual colour, cut and character. No two stones are quite alike, and Black Finch believes the jewellery made around them shouldn’t be either.

Alongside its custom work, Black Finch creates engagement rings, wedding jewellery and fine jewellery collections inspired by art, nature, symbolism and the quiet magic found in the everyday. Each jewel is made with intention and designed to be worn, loved and passed on.
