Hi, I’m Emily, a wedding photographer documenting celebrations across New Zealand, Australia, and a handful of incredible international destinations. Based near Queenstown, Aotearoa, and photographing weddings for over 15 years, I’m still drawn to the honest, emotional, and fleeting moments that make a wedding feel truly unique.

This day will never be repeated. These exact people will never be gathered together again, and you probably won’t ever throw another party quite like this.

Blending in is my superpower, and I’m often asked how I know the couple, maybe a family friend? The best photographs happen when people feel supported and fully at ease to be themselves. Long portrait sessions aren’t really my thing; I’d rather steal you away for 15 minutes and then get you back to cocktail hour.

My approach is as unobtrusive as possible, allowing your day to unfold naturally while I document it as it happens around me. From big energy and out-of-control dance floors to happy tears, uncontrollable laughter, quiet in-between moments, and all the layers of detail throughout.
